At Tela Hospital in El Progreso City, Honduras, Dr. Milixa Dixiara Ordonez Flores (right) and Dr. Ileana Mayes Flores (left) consult infant growth charts for reference in a possible Zika Congenital Syndrome case. The Zika virus can be spread by mosquitoes, from pregnant women to the fetus, as well as through sex and blood transfusions. Infants at risk are monitored by medical staff.
