A health worker measures an expectant mother's belly during an prenatal care regimen at the Mongkul Borey Provincial Hospital in Seireisophon, Cambodia. Because she is also HIV positive, she takes antiretroviral (ARV) medications to reduce the chances of passing the virus on to her baby - part of ongoing Centers for Disease Control-supported PMTCT efforts at the clinic.
