Common problems that require follow-up and delay the request process:

• Missing title elements.
• Example: "Global Health Quarterly, Vol. 2 No. 5" (missing article title)
• Example: "Annual Report" (missing section heading)
  
  
• Vague, inaccurate, or confusing titles.
• Example: "Health Report" (what specific health subject will photos document or illustrate?)
  
  
• Missing publication details
• Example: "Adolescent Health, Global Health Quarterly" (missing volume/number/season)
